Cancellation, Return, and Exchange
Regularly priced items are eligible for a full refund and exchange within 30 days of retail purchase, or within 30 days after the tracking shows that an order has been delivered. for all returns and exchanges, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
- Items should not be worn, damaged, or washed.
- All original tags need to be present.
- A legitimate receipt must be shown.
If at all possible, please refuse the delivery of a damaged package from the courier and contact our customer service.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
